(Yes, I totally stole this from Rachael)
1. I get a kick out of watching cheerleading films, gymnastics or diving on television.
I love those films/programs/sports where they completely pull of very difficult things. I don’t know, it’s just something that makes me happy
2. I cycle to school every single day
Do I earn points for being environmentally friendly? Anyway, I only not cycle to school when I’m terribly late, or when the weather is really really bad.
3. I hate being late
I don’t like being late for anything, so I usually leave ten minutes before I actually have to leave.

This probably would have been better in my last blog, but since I forgot to add it, here’s some explanation and answers to question in my comments:
I do have gmail. I use it for everything and anything that I need to have access to in other places besides my house. The only thing I don’t use it for is MSN messenger.
You see, once upon a time I was young and naive and hotmail was so mcuh better, so I made a hotmail account and used it for MSN. All my contacts were in there, and I didn’t think it wise to move, so I still use it. Only wednesday I wanted to clear out some people I don’t talk to any more, so I deleted them out of messenger. I then went on to delete them out of hotmail.. But that didn’t work, which explains the rant
.
Gmail beats hotmail anyday! Even with the stupid upgrades hotmail has made. I just like to use it for my MSN.
Ps. People who look at the time and go: O.O, I just got back from work and I wanted to explain this to you
(I work in a restaurant as a dishwasher, so I start at 19.00 and usually end at 00.30)

EDIT
I had some lovely errors with the commenting again. I’m back to the default permalink structure.. I hate it, but I don’t have a choice…. It’s this or no commenting..

I have now officially declared war on Hotmail (excuse me, livemail). Lets make a list of what is wrong with it:
1. The layout of the webmail takes ages and ages and ages to load. It looks ok-ish, but does it really need that much gradients?
2. It won’t let me delete old contacts! People I haven’t been in touch with for ages just sit there collecting dust.. It gets annoying!
3. It’s integrated in so many sites as a “one click send this to all your hotmail contacts” link that it’s just not fun anymore… No I don’t want hyves and I didn’t want it the first three hundred times you sent me a generic e-mail asking me to join.
O, and did I mention that it won’t let me delete old contacts?

In an ideal world as from tomorrow I’d:
1. Blog less
2. Visit Snark less often.
3. read my feeds only in the coming weekend.
In the real world I’ll probably:
1. Blog about the same amount
2. Visit Snark MORE often
3. Read my feeds obsessively in the hope that there’s a new entry on one of them.
Ahh the art of procrastination.. Yes people, Testweek is coming!

I think I may have been unfortunate enough to catch one of the last mosquitoes in my room now that were a bit in to the autumn.
Needless to say that I’m not very happy about it. Usually I enjoy my sleep, and I get very pissed at people who wake me. When I then find out that it was an annoying little bug. Well you can guess what happens next:
BAMM!
Bamm being the operative word for me trying to ruthlessly kill the tiny little thing. Ghegheghe.
So really, to all the mosquitoes out there:
Do not wake me. I don’t mind being stung, but just do it QUIETLY!

I’m with my grandparents right now, typing this on my grandmothers fabulous laptop. But that’s not the point I wanted to address.
This morning I went into the village with my grandfather to do the shopping, and I found it just amazing. If only yesterday I wrote about BAD client service (or at least service that I didn’t feel comfortable with), this post will cover something entirely different:
The amazing community feel of this Village.
Granted my grandparents have lived here for ages and ages and ages, but they seem to know everyone. They greet everyone, and everyone greets them, and when they walk into the butchers EVERYBODY is nice to them. My grandfather even emailed the butchers a recipe when we got home. But I digress.
After we went to the butchers we went to the local AH (Albert Heijn for the not Dutch
), and we couldn’t find something, so al my grandfather had to do was ask, and it was practically brought to him on a platter (well we were shown the right way) and my grandfather then talked for ages with the woman that showed us the right way.
Seriously, when I “grow up” I want to be part of such a community. Anyone care to join me?

This morning I really didn’t need the cashier at the local grocery store to give me and my sister a look as we bought some snacks. These particular snacks weren’t of a very healthy nature, I must admit. But still, I really could have gone without “The Look”.
After all I was (or rather my sister was) buying the snacks. We were in fact making her money.
This is exactly the reason I hate going in to the village. I can’t even snack any more.

I finally did it! Yes, you are viewing the right blog. I finally managed to edit wordpress to my liking
So, not much has been up lately. I have been busy with school, and of course I visited the ‘Studiebeurs’ in Utrecht. I got home with about half a tropical rainforest worth of information. Including some on studying abroad. For the people who now think that I’m not very environmental friendly: Don’t worry. I said I only got home with half a rainforest.
The other half will be sent to my house xD.
