I’m really starting to get influenced by the fact that it’s the end of the year. It’s making me really, really tired and that’s something I can’t use right now.
My exam on Monday didn’t exactly go well, and it’s all my fault since I just couldn’t concentrate. Preferred sleeping. I actually preferred sleeping so much that I even missed my physiotherapist appointment. Now I’m rather scared to call the practice, because you know, it’s not exactly a reason >.<
The worst part of all of this is that I still have approximately six more weeks to go. I think now is the time that I should start drinking coffee. XD
You’ll get through the next six weeks, I promise! Maybe go out for a quick jog/run in between study breaks? Get the endorphins running so you’ll be more awake?

And definitely get a bit of exercise like Manda said, and drink lots of liquids!
